Intro to Pilates…
So you’re Pilates curious…I get it…I was too and really had no idea what I was in for the first time I signed up for a session. I’m here to make the process of learning Pilates as easy as possible for you and I promise you’re going to love it. You don’t have to already be fit, thin, or flexible to do Pilates. Pilates is for every body and especially your body. Let me show you how powerful and good your body can feel by learning Pilates.
This month I have three opportunities for you to try out Pilates for the first time. ‘Intro to Pilates’ classes will be on April 14th at 5:30PM, April 18th at 10:30AM, and April 30th at 1PM. This is your chance to come feel firsthand what Pilates can do for your body. You'll learn to properly activate your core, how your shoulders determine the efficiency of your arm muscles, and what your 'thass' is and why you should use it more. We'll spend 90 minutes together exploring the Pilates reformer, Magic Circle, and Arc Barrel. I promise you that you'll sweat a bit, laugh, feel challenged and empowered. You’ll be with two other beginners so you won’t feel left behind or in the dark. I explain things very clearly for you and talk you through everything. Sessions are $40 and are limited to three people so please sign up sooner rather than later to guarantee your spot.
