-We require a 24hr notice for all cancellations.

-Payment due in full at time of service.

-We are unable to offer refunds on services rendered.

Etiquette

-Please be mindful of others using the building by keeping your volume low in the waiting area.

-We ask that Group Reformer participants wipe off their Reformers after class.

-If you are not feeling well please stay home to take care of yourself.

Dress

-We highly recommend wearing your choice of grippy sock during your session or class.

-Please wear long hair up in a pony tail or bun.

-Please take winter boots off before entering the Studio space.
