'Improve core strength' is the number one request on the Studio intake form when we ask new clients what they'd like to focus their Pilates practice on. We live for the moment when someone says, "Wow, I've never felt those muscles before!" and they realize that their core is not just their abs.
(Secret-the transverse abdominus which is part of your core is the abdominal muscle that wraps your torso like a corset. So if you've ever wanted to feel more toned in your abdomen you NEED to be activating this muscle properly. And no you cannot do a million crunches to do so.)
Core gets requested so much because we all know how essential it is. Every single movement that we do in and out of the Studio is impacted by our core strength. Whether you're walking, running, or even sitting all day. Think about it for a second-where is the center of your body? How stable is that center? What happens when that center is strong and connected? Those are the questions we'll answer in our Virtual Core Challenge.

Our next Core Challenge starts on March 1st, 2022 and is $150.
Every week we will do one live 30 minute workout together. Our first live workout will be March 1st, 2022 at 7PM CST. Our live times will vary days/times to give everyone a chance to be able to attend.
Each week you’ll receive two 30 minute pre-recorded workouts along with the recording of the live workout.
We’ll have a plan laid out for you to follow for the full 31 days of March so you know what to do when.
You get access to the recordings for the full month along with special pricing on 30 minute Virtual Private Sessions if you need additional support.

Meet your teachers:
Katie Will has been teaching Pilates for ten years and is a fully certified Comprehensive Pilates Instructor. She has seen a need within her clients for proper core education and is passionate about helping people fully understand how to engage their core. Katie has a skilled gift to assess proper core activation and is able to troubleshoot just about any alignment issue.
Ashley Detterbeck has been teaching Pilates Mat for 15 years and is a fully licensed Physical Therapist. She loves melding her extensive background as a PT with killer workouts that challenge you on a mental and physical level. Ashley has a special gift for pushing you outside of your comfort zone in a fun and safe way.
We specifically designed this for everyone in mind.

-Those of you who aren't able to make it consistently will get to experience what doing Pilates multiple times a week is like.
